Calio provides software for storing construction drawings, viewing documents, recording measurements and producing AI-assisted takeoff suggestions. Features may change or be unavailable. AI output is informational and is not a certified quantity, professional opinion, regulatory submission, approval, payment decision or substitute for a qualified estimator.
You must protect your account, provide accurate information and have authority to upload and process every file you submit. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
You may not access another organization without permission; circumvent authentication, authorization, metering or safety controls; upload malicious or unlawful material; probe or disrupt the service; impersonate others; scrape at scale; or use Calio in violation of law or third-party rights.
New web subscriptions, credit top-ups and iOS in-app purchases are not available in this launch build. No pricing, trial, allowance or refund statement shown elsewhere forms an offer unless Calio presents a functioning checkout with applicable terms before purchase. If paid services are introduced, the price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms presented at checkout will govern that transaction.
You retain rights in content you upload and accepted outputs to the extent permitted by law. You grant Calio and its processors the limited rights needed to host, transmit, analyze and display that content to provide and secure the service. Calio retains rights in the platform, software and product materials.
You decide what data is appropriate to upload. Requested AI and collaboration features may transmit relevant data to configured third-party providers. Review the Privacy Policy and your own contractual obligations before submitting confidential or regulated information.
Calio may suspend access to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful use, or address material breaches. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the privacy contact. Deletion can be limited by legal obligations, retained governed evidence and backup schedules.
The service is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Construction decisions remain your responsibility. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to applicable consumer and other mandatory law.
We may update these terms as the product changes. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
